英语的语法问题,长句子中的介词使用

在一个像上面这句的长句子中,因为定语较多,后面的“to”后面的究竟是修饰analysis,还是 the use ,还是the assumptions?
又比如：Interests and the powers of perception of the different perspectives are conditioned by the socialsituations.
这里两个of中,第一个of究竟是指的 Interests and the powers,还是 the powers?第二个又是指Interests andInterests and the powers,还是 the powers,还是perception?
