In my opinion,teenagers are not allowed to go to the net-bars at any time.They should stay at home and do their homework.If they go there,they may lose themselves.The most important thing for them now is study.They must put all of their energy on it .Unless they work hard ,they will fail in their exams .So teenagers are not allowed togo to the net-bars.
