I have negotiated with the UK artist for a Licence Agreement to us the images.There is no doubt the images were originally designed by her,I have seen all the evidence.I do not know how they came into your factory,but I do not blame you.
However the other UK company do not have the licence and are certainly NOT allowed to sell these items in the UK which is why I must talk to them,otherwise the UK Artist will take legal action against them.
Please let me know how the UK customer is and I will talk to them and work out what is best.
