We hereby acknowledge receipt of the sum of:USD 2
which you have paid to us and which we accept in settlement of our above detailed claim.
We place on record that,by virtue of such payment,Insurers became subrogated to all our rights and remedies in and in respect of the subject matter insured in accordance with the laws governing the Contract of Insurance.
Insofar as necessary,whether by operation of law or to allow you to pursue recovery of our unsubrogated claims,we also absolutely and irrevocably assign to Insurers all rights,remedies,causes of and other choses in action which we may have
against any party arising out of the carriage of the cargo detailed above and any loss and/or damage suffered by the said
cargo.
We also record that Insurers and their nominated agents have authority to use our name to the extent necessary effectively
to exercise all or any of such rights,remedies,causes and choses in action; that we shall furnish you with any assistance
you may reasonably require of us when exercising such rights,remedies,causes and choses in action; that you or your
nominated agents have the right to negotiate,conclude,execute & sign any necessary documents and receive recovery
monies.Whilst on your part,you will indemnify us against any liability for costs,charges and expenses in connection with
any proceedings which you may take in our name in exercise of such rights,remedies,causes and choses in action.
