9.PAYMENT
Buyer shall open,within 3 working days,an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight in favor of the Seller for sufficient shipment value valid till the final payment is settled.All banking charges outside opening bank after establishment of the L/C shall be paid by Seller.
A) Provisional Payment:
The said Letter of Credit shall be payable by opening bank against Seller’s draft for the amount of 98% accompanied by the documents as stipulated in Clause 10.Certificate of Weight and Certificate of Analysis issued by independent surveyor shall be the basis for Seller’s provisional invoice.
B) Final Payment:
The balance due to the Seller after provisional payment shall be drawn by Seller under L/C on presentation of the following documents:
i)Final invoice based on CIQ Certificates to be issued within the period stipulated in Clause 13.
ii)Umpire analysis certificate for quality if applicable.
In case CIQ Certificates are not received within 60 days after completion of discharge,Seller is entitled to raise the final invoice on the basis of the loading port analysis and claim the relevant payment.
In case CIQ Certificates are incomplete and do not contain the results in full,the invoice will be prepared based on the results available in the loading port Certificates.

付款
买方应在3个工作日内开立不可撤销的即期信用证,在有利于卖方有足够的出货直到有效期至最后付款清算.所有银行的收费以外的银行开放后成立的信用证须卖方付款.
A)临时付款：
开证行根据卖方的合同对信用证付款,提供款额98 ％的陪同下文件的规定,根据第十项条款.重量证明书和分析证书是由独立测量师作为卖方的基础上临时发票发出的.
B)最后的付款：
卖方由于临时付款平衡了债务,卖方根据信用证订立下列文件：
i）第13条规定最终发票应在基础上海关证书规定期限发出.
ii)如果适用,应该判定分析证书质量.
一旦海关证书在60天内没有收到完整的,卖方有权提出最终发票的基础上装货港,并要求有关款项.
在情况清关证书是不完整和不包含的结果,在全面,发票将准备结果的基础上,可在装货港证书.
