用扫描电镜(SEM)和背散射电子衍射(EBSD)对采集的单个氧化锆层片进行微观形貌分析和晶体学取向分析,结果表明,熔滴沉积在光滑基底上的8YSZ层片呈指状形貌和圆盘状形貌。熔滴铺展受基底因素影响,随着基底预热温度的升高,熔滴在基底上的润湿性增大,形成层片的铺展度增大,飞溅越少。基底在室温时,层片形貌呈指状;基底温度在300℃时,层片呈圆盘状形貌。
晶体学取向方面,基底温度为室温时,层片中(001)方向与样品ND方向大致平行,(010)方向与样品TD方向大致平行。由中心到边缘,在样品ND方向,(001)方向晶粒逐渐减少;在样品RD、TD方向,无明显取向规律。在基底温度为300℃时,层片中(010)方向与样品ND方向大致平行。沿径向方向看,从里至外,在样品ND方向,(010)方向晶粒逐渐减少。

Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD) analysis,morphology analysis and crystallographic orientation of individual zirconia slice acquisition results,droplet deposition on a smoothsubstrate 8YSZ layer showed finger like morphology and disc morphology.The droplet spreading by basement factors,along with the increasing substratepreheating temperature,droplet wettability on the substrate increases,increasing the spreading degree of forming layer tablets,splash less.The substrate at room temperature,lamellar morphology was finger; the substrate temperature at 300 ℃,slice is discoid morphology.
