随着市场竞争的加剧,工程施工行业已逐步成为微利行业,管理正从粗放型管理向精细化管理转变。随着利润空间的减小，而项目工程所涉及的不确定因素却不断增加，面临的风险也越来越多，风险所致损失也越来越大，风险成为项目成功与失败的一个重要因素。这促使科研人员和实际管理人员从理论上和实践上重视对工程项目的风险管理。分析了在项目建设中所出现的风险，以及如何因对这些风险从而降低项目建设所需要的资金投入。
本文从项目管理的总体知识体系出手，着重分析了项目风险管理的全过程，系统地介绍了项目，项目管理和项目风险管理的基本概念和管理方法，对项目风险管理中涉及到的项目风险识别，项目风险控制，项目风险原因，项目风险评估等问题，进行了分析与研究。最后通过实际案例对廊坊业务楼建设项目的风险管理进行了系统分析。

With the decrease of profits, andinvolved in the project uncertainty increases ceaselessly however, facing more and more risks, the risk of loss is also more and more big, risk is an importantfactor in the success or failure of the project. So the researchers and practicalmanagers pay attention to the risk management of the project from theory and practice. Analysis of the risk in project construction, and how to reduce theserisks due to the need of project construction funds.
In this paper, from the overall project management knowledge in hand,focuses on the analysis of the whole process of project risk management,systematically introduces the basic concept and method of management of project, project management and project risk management, project riskmanagement to the project risk identification, project risk control, risk ofproject, project risk assessment etc. through the analysis and research.Analyzed the risk management the actual case of the Langfang business building construction project.
