旅游商品是促进旅游经济发展的重要力量,也是旅游收入的一个重要来源.在很多旅游业发达的地区或国家,旅游购物的收入已成为决定旅游业效益的重要因素,旅游购物的收入要占到旅游总收入的平均比重要达到40%左右,而我国近年来旅游商品收入占旅游总收入的平均水平则不足30%.水立方在奥运之后成为了北京重要的旅游景点,但是目前针对水立方旅游商品的研究并不多.据此,本篇论文的作者通过于2014年2—3月在水立方对国内来京游客进行问卷调查,并且对店铺销售人员进行访谈,以了解游客对旅游商品的购买力,对水立方旅游商品类别的喜好以及购买用途等旅游消费行为特征和心理因素,找出现有水立方旅游商品在设计、开发、宣传、价格等方面的不足,在此基础上,提出改进方案,从而更好的满足来京游客的购物需求.

Tourism commodity is one of the important forces to drive the economic development as well as a crucial source for tourism income. In many regions or countries with well developed tourism, tourist shopping has already become an important fact in deciding the tourism benefits. It occupies averagely almost 40% in the total tourism income. However, the average percentage is less than 30% in China. The Water Cube has become a popular scenic spot after the Olympic Games. But there are only a few studies on tourist commodity relating to The Water Cube. Therefore, the author did questionnaires on tourists that came to visit The Water Cube during February and March of 2014. A series of interviews were also arranged for sales staff of shops. In this way, we can understand the purchasing power of tourists for tourism commodity; preference of tourists; functions of commodity; tourist consuming characteristics; their mental facts and etc. The essay also analyzes the shortcomings of tourism commodity in regarding of design, development, promotion, price and so on. Solution of improvement will also be provided to better satisfy the shopping need of tourists.
