This is what happens in CJ7 (《长江七号》) —the so-called “first Chinese science fiction movie”.Maybe some of you have seen it.It came out in January,2008.The movie is about a poor man Zhou Tie,his son Zhou Xiaodi and their alien dog CJ7.

When the father falls from a building and dies,CJ7 makes him come back to life again by doing magic.Then the dog loses all its power (能量),and it becomes a doll.But Xiaodi still wears the doll around his neck.He hopes that CJ7 will come back to life one day.
