Seller will issue a Performance Bond for Non-delivery equivalent to 2% (two percent) for the total contract value of the Letter of Credit. Such Performance Bond will be issued within 10 banking days after the Seller’s Bank has approved the Buyer’s L/C; the PB instantly will make the L/C operative; the POP and an invitation letter will then be sent from the Seller to Buyer for loading port visit, under Buyer cost.
