论文认为,受众的需求层次在很大层次上影响着传播的层次,传播应以受众为中心.因此,我们在新闻信息传播中要以受众为本位,根据受众的不同来传播信息,满足受众需求吸引受众注意,才能发挥传播的最大社会作用和经济效用.
