"Associated Company" for the purposes of this Agreement means,in respect of each Party,any company which is a subsidiary or holding company of that Party or any subsidiary of any such holding company from time to time (and “subsidiary” and “holding company” have the meanings given by the Companies Act 1985,section 736 as amended by the Companies Act 1989 section 144).
Each Party shall ensure that each Associated Company to which it discloses the Confidential Information complies with the terms of this Agreement as if the Associated Company were a party hereto.
