Select an organisation that has implemented change in the last two years.The organisation that you choose must be one that you can collect information about.
Use this case organisation to evaluate how organisational change perspectives can assist us in understanding how change is designed and implemented.
Your essay should include the following:
- describe the organisation context:background,business environment/business strategy,and the change event that you have selected
provide an overview of change perspectives and discuss how these perspectives can assist us in understanding the way change is designed and implemented.You must cover at least five change perspectives
use three perspectives on change to evaluate the way change has been implemented in the case organisation
