论文简介：贸易开放带来的收益问题一直广受经济学者的关注和研究.贸易自由化过程所推动的不仅是一国整体的经济福利水平,还对该国国内的收入分配格局和收入差距产生影响.本文首先以传统的国际贸易理论为基础,论述了对外贸易对收入差距的影响；然后结合理论对中国日益扩大的贫富差距问题进行了剖析和解释；进而建立模型分析我国的对外贸易对全国居民及城乡居民收入差距的影响.结果显示对外贸易有利于收入差距的改善,并针对我国收入分配差距调控问题提出了若干政策建议.我国目前正处于一个关键的转型时期,伴随着经济贸易快速发展,出现了一些新矛盾、新问题：全国居民之间、城乡之间较大的利益差别；经济增长和社会发展不协调的矛盾日益突出.“构建和谐社会”的提出,也正是我国发展新阶段的新课题.因此,我们不能忽视贸易增长的成果的分配情况.只有贸易增长能够给绝大多数人们带来好处时,它才能够转化为一种长期持续的发展过程.在全球贸易自由化的驱使下,如何从我们的比较优势出发,在积极参与国际分工、提高国际竞争力的同时,使更多的低收入者从国际贸易中获益,对这些问题的解答对于我国的经济发展和对外开放做出科学合理的战略引导,具有非常重要的现实意义.论文的研究方法：在国际贸易理论及学者的研究基础上,通过实证分析来研究国际贸易对我国收入差距的影响,运用进出口总额与GDP的比值作为解释变量,来对城乡居民收入差距及全国居民收入差距进行相关分析并得出结论.文章主要采用计量经济模型、比较分析方法、宏观分析和微观分析、理论和实践相结合的方法进行论述.论文的主要创新在于：选取1978-2005年的数据,采用开放程度、第三产业贡献率、第三产业就业人数占全国劳动力人数的比重、居民消费价格指数、人均国内生产总值、政府财政用于农业的支出、人口自然增长率、农业人口比例作为分析指标,对收入差距进行分析.结果表明对外贸易有助于缩小全国居民以及城乡居民之间的收入分配差距.
