1.问天气呢有两种问法咯：How is the weather?
What is the weather like
这里用的是第二种咯.
2.还原成陈述句：The weather is going to be windy tomorrow.
从后面的的tomorrow看出来是将来时,将来时有两种表示的方式：
will ：The weather will be windy tomorrow.
be going to :The weather is going to be windy tomorrow.
3.这里是翻译疑问句的前肯后否,前面用的是 it is,后面要用isn't it 意为难道不是吗?不加肯定不对咯.
4.这里It 直的是天气（weather）,rain做动词,如果要用形容词rainy就要加BE动词在前面.It is always rainy in London in march.
不要用raining,be + v-ing表示现在进行时.
