With the rapid development of e-commerce era,how to cultivate customer loyalty,has become the key factor in the success of e-commerce.The customer is the source of profit,the key of enterprise survival and development is to improve the customer loyalty; under the environment of e-commerce,customer loyalty can bring increased revenue and market share,can improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.This paper analyzes the connotation of customer loyalty under the electronic commerce environment and hindering factors of customer loyalty and the driving factors,proposed to cultivate customer loyalty under the environment of e-commerce strategy.
