tell做“告诉”之意时不是及物的吗?
（it’s hard to tell好像不是这个意思吧?这个时候是vi 还是vt?)
那有时看到关于“秘密”什么的好像可以说 I'll never tell.是么?但这时就不是及物动词了吧.
