2.The result on the study of the mechanical properties of (ZrB2+A13Zr)p/2124 composite material under pulse magnetic field shows that the pulse magnetic field can make the endogenous A13Zr and ZrB2 reinforced particles within the composite material to be distributed more evenly,the size becomes finer and the shape appearance becomes rounded.As the intensity of the pulse magnetic field and the duration increases,the particle size will become much finer and the distribution more even,resulting in significant enhancement of the comprehensive properties of the composite material,particularly in terms of its strength and wear-resistance property.However,the optimum duration of the magnetic field is about 20 minutes; after that the particles appear to become coarse again.

When comparing the composite material prepared without magnetic field,the endogenous Al3Zr+ZrB2 particles within the(Al3Zr+ZrB2)p/2124 composite material prepared under magnetic field reaction evidently show a fine and even distribution,and a significant enhancement in their wear-resistance property,the enhancement range will be even higher particularly when the fatigue load is greater.As the magnetic field grows stronger,the wear-resistance property will increase correspondingly; but when it reaches a critical value,the increase in wear-resistance will be very small.
