1.调试人员在试车期间要分工明确,统一指挥,不得擅自离开现场；参加试车的实际操作人员必须具备本机的结构、性能等知识和全面的试车安全知识；要随时观察和检查设备有无异常声音,电机、轴瓦过热现象,电流表是否超限,以便及时处理.
2.设备试车时一定要有专人看守,作好试车记录,一旦出现问题及时采取措施解决,防止事态扩大.须停车检查和调整时,必须与操作人员联系,不得随意开、停车,避免发生事故.
3.试车时,开车和停车必须有信号,严禁无信号开车.如遇紧急情况也应通过操作者,他人不得随便按动各种电气开关.
4.禁止接触机械设备的任何转动部位,禁止在运转设备上面或下面行走.
5.试车前需遮盖的部分均应盖好（如设备的安全罩、螺旋输送机盖子、地沟盖板等.
6.要做好安全工作,与试车无关人员不得进入试车现场或接近试车设备；对设备进行现场检查时,操作开关应切换到“现场”位置并挂“严禁起动” 警告牌.
7.对订出的试车制度及试车方案,应认真贯彻执行.
