CONFIDENTIALITY
The Parties agree to keep all details of transaction confidential and either Party shall disclose its terms without The prior written consent of the other expert to extent required to carry our the obligation herein,or to remedy any breach or as otherwise required by law,rules regulations and directions for the Government of the Republic Indonesia.
ASSIGNMENT
Except for assignment to an affiliated company,neither Party may assign or transfer the Agreement or any rights or obligations there under without the prior written consent of the other Party,which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
AMENDEMENTS
Any amendments to this Contract shall be in the form of ADDENDUM in writing be signed by the Buyer and the Seller.Such Addendum,if so signed shall thereafter from an integral part of this contract.
WAIVERS AND REMEDIES
The failure of the either Party to incite in any one or more instances upon strict performance of any of the provisions of this Agreement or to take advantage of any of the provisions of this Agreement or to take advantage of any of its rights hereunder shall not be construed as a waiver of any such provisions or the relinquishment of any such rights and the same shall continue and remain in force and effect.All remedies
afforded under this Agreement shall be taken and construed as cumulative and in addition to every other remedy provided for herein or by law.
HEADINGS
The headings to Articles are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect the construction of this Agreement.
AMENDMENT
N0 amendment waiver or consent relating to this Contract shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by the Parties.
SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS
All of the terms and provisions of this Contract shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.This Contract is for the sole benefit of the Parties and is not for the benefit of any other third person.
DESCRIPTIVE HEADINGS
Descriptive headings are for convenience only and shall not control or affect the meaning or construction of any provision of this Contract.
LANGUAGE
The official text of this Contract shall be in English regardless of any translation that may be made for the Convenience of the Parties.All definitive documents notices waivers and all other written communication between the Parties in connection with this Contract shall be in English.
COUNTERPARTS
This Contract may be executed in any number of counterparts and each such counterpart shall be deemed to be an original instrument but all such counterparts together shall constitute but one agreement.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Either party,at his option,may terminate the Contract at any time by means of a 30 (thirty) days written notice to either party in case of non-compliance with its obligations under the Contract and more specifically in case of breach of any of the provisions of the Contract.

根据本协议所提供的应被解释为累积性的,除了本文或法律规定的所有其他补救.
标题
文章的标题是只为方便,并不得影响本协定的建设.
修正案

继承人和受让人
本合同的条款和规定,应具有约束力,并完全符合当事人及其各自的继承人和允许的受让人的利益.本合同的缔约方的唯一的好处,不为任何其他第三人的利益.

语言
本合同的正式文本应以英文,无论任何可能对当事各方的方便翻译.所有最终文件通知豁免及与本合同有关的缔约方之间的所有其他书面沟通应是英文的.
同行
执行本合同可在任意数量同行和每个这样的相对应被视为是一个原始的仪器,但所有这些同行一起将构成一个协议.
终止合约
任何一方,在他的选项,可随时终止合同30（三十）天书面通知一方不遵守的情况下与合同所规定的义务在任何违约的情况下,更具体的手段合同的规定.
