选B,但我想选A的话不能译成这鞋子除了好看也很舒适吗?

表达的意思是这鞋不但穿起来舒服而且漂亮.
A选项用在这里语法上讲不通.more than 用来修饰副词或是形容词,前面多了一个comfortable则很别扭.如果用more than 的话,可以说：These shoes are more than pretty
