因为disagree and agree都是不及物动词,后面不能直接接宾语.需要接介词with.
所以,这里如果直接填 what whcih that 等,那么就意味着what等直接成了disagree的宾语,但是却少了介词.所以不对.
然后：where 是个关系副词.可以这样理解
1.当从句是个完整的句子时,用where,因为where是副词,并不影响句子的成分.比如 I disagree（主语+谓语,是个完整的句子）
2.where=介词+which.这里=with where.刚好接在disagree的后面,弥补了disagree没有介词的缺陷~
