笔者认为,品牌形象是消费者对某一品牌的总体印象和判断.
这一印象和判断是消费者在与该品牌长期接触的过程中产生的,并通过消费者的品牌联想得以强化.
企业品牌管理的最终目标,就是在目标消费者群体心目中建立起企业所希望的品牌形象.
企业根据自己的优势、产品或服务的特点、消费者需求、市场状况等因素,确立起品牌核心价值和品牌文化要素.然后用品牌核心价值和品牌文化为指导,设计品牌标识、选择品牌名称组合、定义品牌属性、制订品牌传播方案,通过执行品牌管理的各项职能,让企业所预设的品牌形象进入目标消费者心中.
有没有好而鲜明的品牌形象,是衡量一个品牌成功与否的重要评价指标.
